We took the lovebirds Tatiana and Ben out for a quick portrait session in the snow. Since I spend the bulk of the time in Texas, it was really cool just to make some fun images in the snow and in challenging lighting conditions with just a couple of small...

Hello! My name is Tony Ku and this is our wedding photography blog. I am an Austin wedding photographer and frequently travels throughout Texas (Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio to name a few cities - as well as small Texas towns such as Boerne and Temple) and beyond.
In 2008, I was ranked as one of the top 20 wedding photographers in the world by the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). It's a prestigious ranking that you can only earn through winning wedding photography contests. I was really surprised and humbled by the honor.
I'd encourage you to check out our blog as well as our portfolio site to get a feel of the style of photography that we provide. Nearly everything that we do during the wedding day is unposed, unedited, unfiltered, and most importantly, real. I don't interject myself into your events or your moments. I simply there as an observer.
This picture shows what we're all about. That's not me, that's actually my lovely wife, Hazel. I am the guy in the shadow. She decided to lie on a field of bluebonnets (don't worry, no bluebonnets were hurt in this image), and naturally, I photographed her as she lie on the ground as the harsh overhead sunlight cast a shadow.
That is in essence, me, on your wedding day - I'm there to observe and capture the moments and hopefully at the end of the day, the only imprint I will have on the day of your wedding, is my shadow. :)
